WJMS Art Students Place at Georgia National Fair Art Competition
Art students from West Jackson Middle School once again placed high at the Georgia National Fair Art Competition this year. West Jackson Middle came in second place for the school with the most ribbons.
Kyndell Stewart finished first in Fabrics. Aaliyah Palmai finished first in Pottery and second in Mixed Media, earning a Best in Category. Tripp Meeler finished first in Clay and third in Drawing to earn a Best in Category distinction, as well.
Isla Stewart finished second in Fabrics, Naomi Weidler finished second in Pottery, Sarah Pranjkic was named an Honorable Mention for Sculpture, Camila Rodriguez placed third in Other 2D, Lyla Robinson finished first in Other 2D, Elaina Dong earned an Honorable Mention for Sculpture and Keianna Miyake finished first in Mixed Media.
